When an artistic couple gets married, you know it’s going to be a beauty! Ali and Sam are the creative duo behind the Vermont woodcraft brand Sam Macy Designs. Their wedding showcases their design expertise and even features some of their own work. (Check out their wedding signs!).
Because of COVID, Ali and Sam had to cut their guest list significantly. They live-streamed the ceremony and their loved ones supported them from afar. Ali says many of them dressed up for their own viewing parties and sent the couple pictures throughout the day.
A Favorite Wedding Moment: The First Look
The couple’s first look stands out as a favorite moment from the day. “All morning, I was excited and so happy, but there was also a bundle of nerves in my chest,” recalls Ali. “I needed a big hug from the person who I wanted to be sharing my excitement with most. Sam said it best right after he turned around to see me: I feel so much better now!”
